Who we are
Debrix Labs builds custom software. This notice explains what we collect when you visit debrixlabs.com or debrix.ai, contact us, or book a call, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
When you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and sends us the booking.
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser type. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare for calls, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We use server logs to keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
We use Google services to run this site and our business: Google Workspace for email, Google Apps Script to deliver form submissions, Google Calendar for bookings, Google Analytics for site usage, and Firebase Hosting to serve the site.
Google processes this information on our behalf under its own terms. See Google's privacy policy.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. We do not use Google's advertising features, and we do not use cookies for advertising.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this site does not load Google Analytics. Only the hosting provider's server logs apply.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and form submissions while they are useful for the conversation or an engagement that follows, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Only the two founders can access inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@debrix.ai and we will reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you further rights. We will honor those requests too, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States. By using the site, you understand that your information will be processed there.
Other sites
This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Google Calendar and our engineering blog. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the dates at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the notice.
